
Eustace developed and taught the insurance curriculum for the Private Industry Council's Insurance and Support Services program, and was an instructor for Pohs Institute. In 1996 he joined the faculty of Hofstra University’s Continuing Education program, teaching the licensing course for the NASD Series 6 and 63, and the insurance broker’s course until 2002. He is a featured speaker at organizations such as Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City and Bridge Street Development Corporation in the areas of insurance, budgeting and income tax preparation and planning.
His current memberships include the National Association of Tax Preparers (NATP), and the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. During his membership of over 20 years, Eustace served as the President of the Rotary Club of Brooklyn, NY for five separate terms during the 80's and 90's. He, along with other insurance, real estate, legal and mortgage professionals protected home buyers from predatory lenders through the Citywide Foreclosure Prevention Task Force. He served the educational needs of his local community as the First Vice President of Community Education Council for District 22 during the inaugural 2005-2006 term. Eustace was recently named to serve as a member of the Kings County Democratic Committee.
A life-long Brooklyn resident, Eustace enjoys tennis, reading, writing, chess, board games, and attending various cultural events with his daughter.
He rooted for the United States in the last World Cup, and is becoming a fervent rugby fan.
